Consent to the collection and processing of personal data

When using any products under the ololo trademark, including but not limited to registering on the website, subscribing to the newsletter, filling in feedback forms, sending requests and other actions involving the provision of your data, you confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data on the following terms:

• You confirm the accuracy and validity of the information specified in the forms/questionnaires and in all attached documents, and that they are submitted by an authorised person, and you agree to the processing and verification of your data, including personal data;
• Freely, knowingly and of your own will you give your consent to LLC “Royal Group LTD” — ОсОО "Роял Групп ЛТД" — to process your personal data (any operation or set of operations performed, regardless of the means used, by the holder (owner) of the personal data or on their instructions, by automated means or without them, for the purposes of collecting, recording, storing, updating, grouping, blocking and erasing personal data);
• Freely, knowingly and of your own will you give your consent to LLC “Royal Group LTD” — ОсОО "Роял Групп ЛТД" — to transfer your personal data (provision by the holder (owner) of personal data to third parties in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”;
• You confirm that all data are provided voluntarily.
• You express your full and unconditional consent to the processing of the data provided for the purpose of contacting you by any means using the telephone numbers and electronic addresses specified in the registration application.

You are aware that:

• The consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the date this Agreement is signed
• The consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn on the basis of a written application in free form addressed to LLC “Royal Group LTD” — ОсОО "Роял Групп ЛТД".
• If the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, the processing of your personal data may be continued in whole or in part in accordance with Article 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”
